Description :: Day to day accounting operation activities and functions such as data entry accounting system.
To handle Account payable / Account receivable, statement and other accounting functions.
Maintain AP/AR account and generate analytical report.
Assist and handle any adhoc assignments when assigned by management.
Provide monthly sales report; generate aging report and attending aging meeting each month.
Multitasking, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
To handle any adhoc that assigned by management.
Adapt to meet tight deadlines and performing well under pressure.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,
Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration/ Management or equivalent.
Fresh graduates/ entry applicants are encourage to apply.
Required skill(s): MS Office and high competency in MS Excel is a must.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, CHINESE, English. Prefer Chinese speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in CHINESE.)
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kajang/Balakong Cheras.
Computer literate familiar with Autocount System will be added advantage.
Able to communicate with all level of people.
Able to start work immediately.
