Description :: Ensure all sales orders are shipped to customers in timely manner.
Supervise a team of warehouse employees to accomplish warehouse and organization KPI by completing related results as needed
Manage the receiving, shipping, handling, distribution, and storage of all inventories moving in and out of the warehouse, coordinating, inventory transfers with
related departments. Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances.
Accomplishes warehouse human resource objectives by training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations;
planning, monitoring appraising job contributions; adhering to policies and procedures.
Project Management with regards to improvement on work flow, material flow, Lean,7s&work place layout.
To lead & coordinate small kaizen activity within operation team.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/PreU, Professional Certificate, any field.
Required skill(s): MS Office and high competency in MS Excel is a must.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, CHINESE, English. Prefer Chinese speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in CHINESE.)
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kajang/ Balakong Cheras.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
Computer literate familiar with Autocount System will be added advantage.
Able to communicate with all level of people.
Able to start work immediately.
