Description :: Oversee, lead and monitor the sales and marketing team’s performance to ensure achievement of sales target.
Plan and execute marketing proposal for new project launches.
Plan marketing activities/program.
Monitor sand submit the Statutory report/survey on time.
Plan & monitor monthly & quarterly marketing budget/expenses.
Track and manage sales movement and conversion.
Ensure compliance to Company’s policies & procedures at all times.
Requirements :: Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Required skill(s): MS Office and high competency in MS Excel is a must.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, CHINESE, English. Prefer Chinese speaking candidates (SPEAK, READ and WRITE in CHINESE.)
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kajang/ Balakong Cheras.
Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
Computer literate familiar with Autocount System will be added advantage.
Able to communicate with all level of people.
Able to start work immediately.
