Formulate and apply company policies and procedures in order to create a smoother working
environment.
Perform personnel recruitment, interviews, hiring and training by coordinating with each team
director, understanding each team’s basic requirements.
Contribute to the department’s development, objective, goals and system by setting each
department’s KPI and quarterly target.
Assist with strategic planning based on company’s staff culture, staff needs and organizational
structure to maintain company’s sustainability.
Ensure company compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Develop, analyze and update company’s evaluation program.
Match organization’s needs with staff’s talents and experience, add value to staffs by planning and
arranging career­enhancing programs for skill improvement.
Oversee and prepare staff’s compensation, payroll, wellness plan and benefits.
Increase staff’s production and reduce turnover, handle labour dispute or serve as conflict
resolution.
Well versed with basic business law and able to draft and compose basic company partnership
agreement (memorandum of understanding, partnership agreement) to different sectors, such as
Merchant, travel agencies, hotel accommodation, theme park admission and government sector.
Collect and analyze staff’s data, maintain accurate and complete staff records.
Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and staff’s satisfaction.
Demonstrate advanced financial management and budgeting skills.
Leverage advanced knowledge and skills in HR management.
Prepare, maintain and revise company’s handbook on policies and procedures, and recommend
new policies and procedures.
Perform duties as assigned.
 
Requirements :
Good communication and negotiation skills.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post
Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Understand Chinese language is an advantage.
Highly independent, motivated, proactive, passionate and absolute reliable.
Strong leadership skills and qualities and the ability to delegate responsibilities.
Ability to work under pressure is an advantage.
