Description :: Day to day file management
Draft, review and amend of correspondences, letters and documents
Assisting in charts and powerpoint presentations
Update clients on precedent files and IRAS guidelines
Management of work schedule and timelines
Preparation and finalizing client bills
Searches, conflict checks using ACRA and Lawnet system
Entering/closing of time-entries
Calendar management for respective lawyers, booking of meeting rooms, food catering for meetings
Making flight, itinerary, accommodation arrangements
Reallocation, pay requisitions and other administrative duties
File Opening - Engagement Letters, AML forms, CMIS etc.
Requirements :: GCE ‘O’ Levels with credit in English/ Diploma in Law and/or equivalent
Basic knowledge of Lawnet and downloading of legislative acts would be advantageous
Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/Powerpoint
At least 3 years of legal or secretarial experience
Possesses professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Lowest Qualification :: SPM / O Level
