Description :: - Develop and implement of activities in production area to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives.
- Oversee the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations.
- Responsible in managing operations with KPI to meet production demand with cost effective, quality control and on time delivery.
- To allot the manpower accordingly with efficiency of completing the work on time.
- Good management in bulk production manufacturing.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and safety requirement at the factory areas.
- Responsible for meeting prodution efficiency and volume targets.
- Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics, Food & amp; Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Manager specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
