Description :: -Lead production and engineering team and manage the manufacturing process to ensure products are produced in accordance with establish standards.
-Coordinate with various function of the company to establish an accepted production schedule to optimize company’s resources.
-Conduct continuous improvement and implement effective control mechanisms to achieve high productivity and operation efficiency.
-Ensure compliance to local and global requirements and other related management system adopted by the company.
Requirements :: -Good Honour Degree in Chemical / Mechanical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, or any other related discipline.
-Minimum 10 years experience in managerial position in palm oil mill or Refinery Oil
-Competent Steam Engineer
-Good interpersonal skills and leadership capability
-Strong analytical skills to identify and solve problems independently and effectively
