Description :: Create, maintain and archive SAP Master Data according to agreed business processes and Key Performance Indicators.
Maintain an audit trail for Master Data information including SAP Data Dictionaries and relevant training materials
Coordinate requests by Master Data owners and users
Ensure Master Data information are checked for plausibility
Train Master Data Owners and Users on business process and right first time requests to facilitate flawless execution of SAP Master Data entry
Support the MDA team by providing subject matter expert advice on Master Data
Handle complaints due to Master Data
Ability to communicate well with both internal and external clients globally
Other projects and admiistrative duties as assigned
Requirements :: High level of data entry accuracy and meticulous in transactional work
Strong self-starter and effective under pressure
Excellent interpersonal skills
Good experience in audit activities
Good working knowledge of SAP
Strong MS Office skills and good computer literacy
Minimal Diploma in IT or Business
Preferably able to fluently communicate (both written and spoken) with English and Mandarin speaking clients
