Description :: • To explore and develop business and sales opportunity.
• Manage marketing expenditure and return of investment (ROI) of marketing programs.
• Prepare, monitor and control and A & P budget.
• Conceptualize, plan and execute promotional campaigns, events, road shows and tenants related promotions in the retail mall.
• Develop and co-ordinate all advertising materials or related communication activities with tenants and program partners.
• Review and edit existing promotional materials for marketing effectiveness, tenants' publicity, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Liaise with tenants, partners and suppliers to develop joint business plan and promotions.
• Develop relationships with retailers and their various levels of management to secure their buy-in or commitment to the centre so that cross promotions can be cultivated.
• Strategize media space marketing and cultivate positive relationship with media agencies to achieve higher revenue.
• Enhance the existing customer's base and develop a firm market presence through customer relation programs and events.
• To conduct market scan or analysis and prepare market intelligence report.
• CRM monitoring and analysis.
Requirements :: • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication or equivalent.
• At least 5 years working experiences with minimum 3 years in Managerial position.
• Strong business acumen skills, strategic thinker and possess good interpersonal skill to interact with all levels.
• Proficient in spoken and written Chinese, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Computer literate.
• Must have own transport and willing to travel.
