Description :: • To implement Health Care strategies, concepts, education, program and plans with the objective to drive, grow and maximizing brand equity and presence, to increase market share, brand awareness, revenue and profitability.
• To be responsible for effective and timely implementation of brand plans via an integrated and multi-functional approach, A&P, sales planning activities, budgeting, monitoring of brand health and sales performances.
• Responsible on product sales yearly & monthly forecast and its monitoring.
• Lead in on-going analysis and review of consumer, product category, distributor and market information as part of assessment on product performance and identify the potential growth.
• Responsible on the new product development which consists of Feasibility, Acceptability, Suitability study and new product launching management.
• Manage and ensure distributors’ efforts are aligned with Health Care strategic direction.
• To conduct health training, product knowledge training, workshop to distributors, public & company staff.
• Provide consultation, answering product and other health related enquiries from distributors and customers.
• To prepare articles for FAQ, product knowledge, product write up and health articles to be featured in PHHP bulletin.
• Any other responsibilities and tasks as assigned by immediate superior.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Marketing, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): food and beverage knowledge, training presentation, public talk skill, Mandarin Speaking & Writing.
• Required language(s): Chinese, English
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
