- • Capture bigger market share through effective networking.
• Secure good location (outlet/ counter) for profitable sales.
• Negotiate with complex management on best package for current & new location.
• Constantly conducting market analysis on networking to further strengthen the business channel.
• Responsible for outlet opening and closing. To liaise with complexes on the renovation details and liaise with contractor on the layout plan.
• To closely monitor the renovation budget.
• Responsible to secure road show for incremental sales.
• Responsible on the road show planning to ensure is in sync with marketing plan.
• Liaise with complex to secure the road show space.
• Responsible on the road show layout plan and set up process.
• To monitor closely on the road show set up budget.
• Outlet Maintenance.
• To ensure outlet maintenance enquiries is fully attended to and within monthly budget - Requirements :
- • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or its equivalent
• Minimum with 5 years of related working experience (preferably with retail/corporate sales background)
• Result oriented and sensitive to business movement and development.
