- Submit monthly attendance summary to Human Resource Department
- Assist in organization structure planning
- Monitor closely on manpower resignation and recruitment
- Prepare yearly training plan, and coordinate training activities as per plan
- Representative for Sales Division for Safety & Health PIC
- Ad-hoc reports and task assigned by Division Head
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess a Diploma / Degree
- Excel skills are a must
- Strong service orientation and relationship building and social skills, strong communication and presentation skills
- A positive attitude and be able to work on own initiative
- Required language (s): Chinese, English
- Must have own vehicle
- Fresh graduates are welcome, at least 1 year (s) of working experience in the related field is a plus for this position
