MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
RM2500 - RM3000

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Successful candidates will be trained through three phases

Phase 1 : Sales, Customer Service and Marketing
• Training in product knowledge
• Skill set development in Sales and Marketing
• Involved in different channels of marketing
Phase 2 : People management and being a corporate trainer
• Managing a team of executives and leading them towards building a
great career
• Training and development of people skills will be taught to inculcate the
ability to train and manage people
Phase 3 : Client and office management
• Product management which includes ensuring new market share is
acquired at ground level

REQUIREMENTS :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in any field
• Fresh graduates / Entry level applicants are welcomed
• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Able to work in high-performance, fast-paced team environment and
minimum supervision
• Vibrant personality with positive attitude and mentality
• Self motivation to run the extra mile
• Keen in learning new things
• Able to work in OUTDOOR environment!!
• Strictly for MALAYSIAN and IMMEDIATE STARTER!!
