Description :: 1. Responsible for the leasing and marketing of office towers and retail centre
2. Execute strategic plans to improve tenant relationship and build-up network with potential tenants
3. Review and provide support in planning and implementing the tenancy mix in retail mall
4. Conduct market research to keep abreast with the current market trend for benchmarking purposes
5. Coordinate on renovation and fitting-out works accordance to standard guidelines
Requirements :: 1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent
2. At least 3 years of working experience in property leasing / building management
3. Strong negotiator, a team player with excellent analytical skills and business acumen
4. Strong report writing and presentation skills
5. Possess good command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
6. Possess own transport and willing to travel
