- To organize, plan, direct and control of the branch efficiently
- To promote the goods and service and image of courts with customers, staff and associate
- To represent the company with enthusiasm
- To maximize sales, deliveries, service and profit at all times
- To control health and safety standards, ensuring safe practices and good housekeeping according to company policy and legal requirements.
- To know, communicate and comply with company policies & procedures and consumer law.
- To develop the human resource for succession planning.
- To understand and act upon management information to maximize profit. 
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Advanced/Higher or equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Managers/Assistant Managers specializing in Sales -Retail/General or equivalent
- Self-motivated, good team player, discipline, committed and able to work under pressure
- Willing to work on shift hours and public holiday
- Initiative and able to work independently
- Willing to be reallocate at any branches nationwide
