Description :: - Coordinate in the preparation and signing of SPA and loan documentation including liaison with purchasers,
- Solicitors and end financiers.
- Time preparation of billing, sending of reminders, issuance of receipts and collections of payments
- Follow up on sales, collection and operation reports on timely manner.
- Attend to purchasers on queries pertaining to sales and sales administration function.
- Maintain information on all sales and progress of sales in the sales administration system and to ensure that they are constantly updated and accurate.
- Assist in sales and marketing activities
Requirements :: - Candidates must possess at least SPM/ Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year working experience in sales administration of a property developer is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communications in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literate.
