1. To monitor and setting sales targets for assigned outlets.and to monitor the sales target achievement.
2. Hiring, supervise and manage retail staffs at various outlets.
3. Provide sales training and on-going mentoring to staff
4. To ensure that timely reports are submitted to HQ and regional office for invoicing and reporting purposes.
5. Meet regularly with superior and provide detailed reporting on the overall performance of the team
6. Make sure all retail staffs adhere to company policies and procedures
7. Communicate to all retail staffs in relations to issues, concerns, and incidents to superior.
8. Monitors sales stocks and arrange stocks replenishment 
Requirements :
1. Related qualifications is preferred and with 2 years of supervisory experience in retail outlets operations and management
2. Excellent selling skills, including strong negotiation, and closing ability, coupled with excellent people skills
3. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
4. Strong organization skills with an aptitude in analytical decision making
5. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues
6. Possess own transport and willing to travel
