Description :: - To define market vision and overall sales and marketing strategy. Sets sales and
marketing objectives which are in line with company directions
- To define and implement sales and marketing strategy. Prepare marketing
business and action plan as well as marketing budget
- Assess the market and recommend action plan to improve sales performance
- To analysis of regional sales & sponsoring performance on a regular basis and recommend/develop appropriate strategies/action plans to achieve related sales & sponsoring targets by working closely with business leaders
- To develop/recommend action plans/strategies in micro-supporting the field effectively
- To identify field training needs and implement appropriate field training programme
- To execute through sales leadership covering sales analysis, field support/relations, field recognition which includes well-coordinated implementation to maintain a highly motivated field morale
- To provide a professional leadership role model to business leaders consistent with company code of ethics & image
- To follow up, monitor and evaluate plans on all sales promotions/marketing/field programme
- To conduct special event, such as business meeting, health & beauty talks, demonstrations, seminars and workshops, public sponsoring, H&B Fair, product lunches etc
- To assist in the development of enhanced product
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Required skill(s): communication skill, training presentation, leadership abilities, Business Development And Planning, MS Office.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Desa Cemerlang,Ulu Tiram.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
