Description :: 1. Handle daily routines related to sales and administration, credit control and loan documentation functions effectively
2. Generate billings, reminders, process collections and attend to correspondence with purchasers, solicitors and end-financiers on timely basis.
3. Monitor and ensure prompt disbursement from purchaser or end-financier;
4. Prepare billing and collection status reports;
5. Preparing and attending to documentation related to sub-sale;
6. Maintain up-to-date records in purchaser’s files and property system;
7. Undertake other ad-hoc duties or assignments designated by the Management.
Requirements :: 1. Degree or Diploma holders in Business Administration/Studies/Management or equivalent with at least three (3) years relevant working experience with property developer for Executive position
2. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to read and speak Mandarin will be a definite plus
3. Computer literate, familiar with Ms Excel, Ms Word and property system
4. Meticulous, systematic, team player, committed and able to work in fast paced environment
5. Applicant must be willing to work in Subang Jaya
