Description :: 1. Oversee the sales planning section and liaise closely with the distribution section to ensure stock accuracy is high
2. Responsible for developing and improving me sales planning section work flow process
3. Reviewing the dealer allocation and current stock policy
4. Reviewing current performance and set new KPI for the sales planning team.
5. Oversee the execution of the action plans
6. Base on market situation, forecast and analyze sales achievement and plan sales recovery planning activities internal dept and other divisions.
Requirements :: 1. Degree is highly preferred
2. Minimum 5 years working in the automotive industry, with TBA years of people management experience
3. Experience in automotive sales planning and the processes
4. Possess good communication and relationship building skills
5. Dynamic and independent individual with a strong analytical
6. Able to be diplomatic when dealing with internal and external parties
7. A focused and result oriented person with proven successes
8. Knowledgeable in MS Office
