- Manage day-to-day operation matter of Gintell Rest N Go stations and ensure each station sales target is met.
Monitoring collectors team in terms of:
Bank in transaction & collection performance
Hygiene & housekeeping quality
Attendance & disciplinary
Design and implement effective SOPs for cleanliness, maintenance & repairing and fraud case handling.
Field visits and conducting spot checks.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback to maximize customer satisfaction.
Prepare various operation reports in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis for management review. - Requirements :
- Possess a Diploma/Degree with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in Sales or Operations. Exposure in retail is an added advantage.
Independent, resourceful and able to communicate at all levels of business.
Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Good spoken and written English. Able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage.
Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
Willing to travel within Malaysia. - Lowest Qualification :
