Responsibilities:
- To attend to customer interactions either thru phone, internet or face to face on our loyalty program;
- To respond and follow up on all customer interactions on a timely basis, and to obtain accurate information, route to relevant parties for effective solutions;
- To prepare reports on customer interactions and transactions;
- To ensure department KPI are met / achieved;
- Other responsibilities assign to you by your superior from time to time.
