- • Achieve sales target; both personal and showroom.
• Manage and oversee operations of the assigned showroom.
• Motivate, coach and train the sales team in product sales, problem solving and customer service skills.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. - Requirements :

• Experience in a supervisory role is an added advantage.

• Well groomed with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, Bahasa Melayu and Mandarin.
