Description :: -Generate and prepare monthly sales documentation report to monitor on down payment collection, status of Sale and Purchase Agreement and status of loan application to Manager / Assistant Manager.
-Responsible for sales launching, attending to walk in customers, any form of sales enquiries via email, phone call, letter and etc.
-Organize, follow-up and monitor the completion of sales transaction up to SPA signed and application / approval of loan pertaining to the sold product in order that the process can be completed in a timely and efficient manner.
To liaise with advertising agency, suppliers, bankers, lawyer and related party to develop project promotions and marketing activities.
-Updating daily sales transaction, registration form and any other documentation transaction into the developer system.
Requirements :: -Full-Time position(s) available.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
-At least 2 years of experience in a related field.
-Posses good contacts with advertising agency, suppliers & related party to develop project promotions and marketing activities is an added advantage Applicants must be willing to work in Setia Eco Business Park.
-Good command of verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
