Description :: - To handle all sales related matters e.g. queries from prospects, liaise with Bankers and Lawyers, etc.
- To provide timely reports on sales activities.
- Responsible for correspondences to purchasers, solicitors and financiers to ensure proper loan documentation flow until handing over
- Preparation of Progress billings against the relevant architect certificate
- Handling Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) and Original Document of Title
- Collection of payment
- To provide good sales & after sales service to customers
- Assist in market survey
Requirements :: - Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Business Administration or a related discipline
- At least 3 years working experience in the property sales / marketing
- Experience in Marketing residential developments
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent analytical, leadership and problem solving skills
- Customer service oriented, matured and trustworthy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with pleasant personality.
