Description :
To assist BM/ABM in the direction/supervising of sales/senior sales Assistant to maximize sales and service to customers.

1. To represent the company with enthusiasm and to promote the goods and services and image of Courts exclusively.
2. To organized and supervise the team full calendar monthly sales activities i.e. canvassing, product display, exhibitions in order to meet the team monthly sales target.
3. Ensure all sales team members are fully equipped with a completed sales kit all the time.
4. To conduct continuous training to improve selling skill and overall staff development.
5. Ensure all sales document and business transactions carried out by the team is in accordance to the company policies, procedures and consumer law.
6. To carry out market survey for organize activities and review the productivity of each sales activities conducted.
7. To ensure customer complaint are follow up promptly and timely resolved.
8. Ensure efficiency of all sales process and deliveries on sales created by the team.
9. Ensure the team are equipped with the required promotion knowledge, product knowledge, credit services offered etc. in order to effectively close a sale.
10. To maintain a high level of security to safe guard company monies, documents and properties. Any loss of monies due to negligence must be made good of immediately.
11. Must at all time observe Courts Code of Ethics.
12. To carry out other duties as and when directed by the Immediate Superior.

1. IT, Electrical, Furniture back ground.
2. Customers service focus and good communication skills
3. Integrity, honesty ,flexibility ,good energy levels and ability to deal with stress. 
Requirements :
Requirements:
1. Certificate / Diploma or equivalent (Min. Cert: SPM)
2. At least 3 years of working experience in retail industry
3. Basic understanding of customer service and processes, understanding of basic sales principles. Good product knowledge & basic administration skills.
4. Candidate with retails experience will be advantage
