- To represent Courts (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Courts Mammoth Sdn Bhd) to maximize sales and service to customers.
1. Welcome and greet customers to the retails store
2. Portray good image and service of Courts Malaysia
3. Ascertain the customers needs and wants.
4. Help the customer by recommending and selecting and finding the right product within the store
5. Ability to accurately describe the product features and benefits
6. Ability to comprehensively answer any customer queries regarding the store, its products or services
7. Ability to provide information regarding warranties, product care and maintenance for any of the products and services the store offers
8. Ability to provide information regarding financing all leasing of products
9. Ability to manage point –of-sale processes including register operations, receiving and processing cash or credit payments sales.
10. Maintain knowledge of any changes in pricing of goods or services
11. Maintain a clean and tidy work environment
12. Ability to undertake stock count
13. Ability to record out of stock items
14. Abide the company rules & regulations. - Requirements :

2. Customers service focus and good communication skills
3. Integrity, honesty ,flexibility ,good energy levels and ability to deal with stress.
Requirements:
1. High school certificate or equivalent (Min. SPM)
2. Fresh school leavers and 1 years of working experience
3. Basic understanding of customer service and processes, understanding of basic sales principles. Good product knowledge & basic administration skills.
4. Basic retails experience
