Description :: -Aggressive sales planner in ensuring the growth and profitability of the Company's business by formulating and implementing aggressive business development plans in line with the group’s targets.
-Focusing on large scale solution sales, strategic and persistence business planning, develop strong business relationship with partners, customers and excellent capabilities to conduct high level sales/solutions presentations.
-Conducts international business analysis, business partners / resellers’ evaluation and/or strategic G to G business models, where applicable.
-Responsible for the international business account development and management.
-Ensure that all sales operational control procedures are implemented and comply with established guidelines.
-Plan and conduct meeting and briefing sessions as required to impart knowledge, integrate team-working, access overall sales performance and updates.
Requirements :: -Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English and/or BM
-Preferred language(s): French, Spanish, Mandarin
-At least 5 year(s) of regional / international sales & marketing working experience is required for this position, preferably with good exposure in IT solution selling/consulting.
-Dynamic and strong leader with excellent communications, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills.
-Sales driven, motivated and results oriented.
-Willing to travel overseas extensively.
