- -Responsible for the daily production activities, materials control and minimize wastage.
-Supervise a team of operators, planning and scheduling to achieve production target.
-To report machine breakdown and liaise with maintenance function on repair status.
-Reponsible for targeted production performance and to participate & contribute in quality management.
-To optimize manpower utilization and to ensure & monitor operators for full adherence to SOP.
-To coordinate closely with Sales Department for production schedule planning.
-To ensure effective delegation and execution of work and responsible of the production team.
-Responsible for the operators' discipline, training and attendance - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM, Diploma or above in any field.
-At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Applicants must be willing to work in KOTA TINGGI.
-Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Manufacturing/Production -Operations or equivalent.
-Retiree with related experience is acceptable.
-Good communication in Chinese, English or Bahasa Malaysia.

Description
Our state-of the-art plant, located in Kota Tinggi, Johor, has an annual production capacity of 300,000 metric tonnes of fired products in wide variety of colors and textures. Kota Tinggi is a historical town well-known for its abundant reserve of quality clays for ceramic and heavy clay industries.
Our factory occupies an area of 10 hectares and own 80 hectares of clay quarry to ensure consistency in quality of the raw material supply.
The rich clay deposit enables the factory to produce a wide varieties of products with texture ranging from smoothface, wirecut, sandblast, rockface, cobble, tumble, handmade, decor to antique; while the color ranges from super red, golden cream, golden peach, golden sand, golden brown, brown, darkbrown, granite, lavender to many other combinations of shades and tones. Brick accessories and bricks of special shape are also produced to fulfill the pursuance of perfection by some architects or designers.
