- • Liaise regularly with the Hub Manager in respect of Hub credit operations function
• Overseeing the overall review, recommendation and make final decision on credit applications by strictly adhering to the latest credit policies and procedures and within the approved delegated authority limit
• Assist the Hub Manager in directing and supervising the evaluation team to ensure compliance of process turnaround time, KPIs and acceptance levels of pending applications including the aging of these applications
• All credit applications shall be reviewed and processed in accordance to the approved Credit standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies including the accordance & compliance to authority limits for each of the staff and compliance to designed score over-rides.
• Ensure timely and accurate daily, weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reporting for the credit business that highlight and crystallize the performance of the evaluation team and functions under his/ her supervision.
- Requirements :
- • Degree in Business/ Accounting with minimum 5 years experience in credit evaluation with management level exposure
• Good knowledge on credit management, implementation and execution
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to supervise, manage and motivate staff to meet deadline as well as to analyze situations for and decision-making
• Ability to work independently as well as being a team player
