Description :
• Work with Immediate Superior to ensure that the credit processing functions is managed effectively and efficiently, by facilitating timely and accurate credit sanctioning in accordance to company’s policies, procedures and guidelines.
• To conduct proper checking / verification of customer’s details timely in accordance to company guidelines.
• To closely follow up with branch staffs/customers on outstanding documents for pending applications.
• To liaise with sales staffs to ensure all required credit documents are scanned and forwarded to Hub/Branch Retail Support Services in accordance to standard operating procedures.
• To ensure all necessary remarks are entered correctly into system.
• To ensure correctness of data entry to the systems.
 
Requirements :
• SPM with minimum 1 year experience in credit related role/scope.
• Knowledge on credit management, implementation and execution.
• Responsible for accurate, effective and efficient field credit checking functioning with accountability to achieve objectives set by Immediate Superior.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
• Self-motivated, a good team player, disciplined, committed and able to work under pressure
