Description :
1. Supervising a team of sales persons
2. Plan, organize and execute sales strategies with sales team to achieve monthly sales target
3. Build and maintain strong relationship with all distributors
4. Assist the Sales Manager in managing the sales operations
5. Ensure high standard of merchandising
6. Provide continuous support and guidance to the sales team and inculcate a culture of high performance and professionalism
7. To develop strategic plans with distributors and assigned sales territory for Company’s overall business
8. To develop, implement and oversee top line sales growth through effective sales and marketing strategies and execute proactively for maximum results
9. Coordinate, analyse and to identify market growth potential for distributors and assigned territory in developing goal and sales objectives
10. To oversee and implement promotional sales success and to consolidate customers’ information, enhance relationship and remain vigilant in sales and payment collection  
Requirements :
1. Diploma or Degree in any relevant field
2. Min. 3 years working experience in general trade in FMCG
3. Independent. analytical, resourceful and with good communication and interpersonal skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office
5. Possess good teamwork spirit , positive attitude and with good time management
6. Excellent communication skills in English ,Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin would an added advantage
7. Disciplined, self-motivated, independent, proactive and results-oriented
8. Possess own transport and willing to travel
9. Open race
10. Salary depend on experience ; min RM3.0K + Car allowance + mileage and 2 month fixed bonus + performance bonus
