1. Co-ordinate and liaise with purchasers and solicitors on SPA relevant matters and maintain proper records accordingly
2. Preparation and Issuance of Progress Billings
3. Monitoring/Ensuring timely disbursement either from purchaser or end-financier.
4. Keeping computer system updated and generates all report as and when required.
5. To handle day to day credit and administration job function and activities in accordance with the credit procedures
6. Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required

Salary Range : RM2,500 – RM3,500  
Requirements :
1. A Diploma/Degree in Administration and Business Studies or equivalent
2. Preferably executive specializing in property development industry
3. IFCA Property Plus system knowledge required
4. Knowledge of work flow for completion of sale and purchase agreements and loan documentations
5. Possess initiative & good organization and time management skills in following up jobs
6. Preferably Chinese candidate
