1. To attend e-mails and queries from branches regarding customer accounts
2. To process financial and non financial adjustments into customer accounts
3. To action housekeeping reports on a daily basis with deadlines
4. To assist in reconciliation of branch debtors base on End of Day Reports
5. To reconcile payment files received from banks and submit into customer accounts
6. To update enrollment database and prepare letter for Auto Debit payments
7. To prepare daily letter files and send to vendor for processing
8. Filing of documents
9. Preparing stationeries on monthly basis
 
Requirements :
1. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualifications
2. General knowledge in office / filing administration
3. Basic computer skills
4. Self-motivated, a good team player, disciplined and committed to work
