Description :
1. Work with Immediate Superior to ensure that the credit documentation/indexing processing functions are managed effectively and efficiently, by facilitating timely and accurate filing system in accordance to company’s policies, procedures and guidelines.
2. To ensure all documentation of records for customers are filed and maintained in accordance to standard operating procedures.
3. To ensure correctness of filing / indexing of documents for easy retrieval.
4. Filing of correspondence / archiving / scanning of client’s documents and manning of central filing system.
5. To do other duties as prescribe by the Immediate Superior.
 
Requirements :
1. SPM with minimum 1 year experience in general office.
2. General knowledge in office / filing administration
3. Basic computer skills
4. Ability to work independently as well as being a team player.
5. Self-motivated, a good team player, disciplined, committed and able to work under pressure;

SPM / O Level
