Description :: The position is responsible for selling of company’s goods and services to patrons of retail outlets,
i.e.shop/store/kiosk. And also to provide best-in-class service to cater for the need of the patrons.
1. Engage the customer and presenting the product or service in a structured professional
way face to face;
2. Gain clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements before
recommending the best solution;
3. Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations, samplings;
4. Provide technical assistance, handle objections & complaints and demonstrate products
and services;
5. Manage and maintain the outlet inventory and the display
6. Achieve sales target
7. Complete all documentation required by customer
Requirements :: 1. Minimum SPM or its equivalent
2. Preferably with working experience on FMCG and IT consumables
3. Pleasant personality with a positive attitude
4. Fluent in MANDARIN, ENGLISH & BAHASA MALAYSIA.
5. Excellent verbal communication skills, must be persuasive and convincing
6. Excellent teamwork skills & with minimum supervision
