- - Responsible for order, customer enquiries, deliveries and feedback by providing polite, professional and accurate information in accordance to agreed service standards.
- Monitor timely delivery of sales orders .
- Coordinate with Accounts Department in resolving accounts receivables for customers.
- Preparation of quotations, delivery orders & invoicing of sales of machines.
- Prepare delivery schedule according to customers’ purchase orders with the coordination of the Sales & Technical Departments.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from direct superior. - Requirements :
- - Candidate must possess at least an SPM qualification.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
- Required language (s) : English & Mandarin.
- Good team player and well organized with the ability to multitask.
- Reliable and take ownership of completing task assigned.
- Customer Service Orientated
- Good record keeping and methodical in personality.
