Description :
● Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, figuring out opportunities and solutions
● Producing written documentation to support the work, report on findings to present to the shareholders (Board/ EXCO meeting agenda, presentation slides and meeting minutes etc.)
● Leading and developing a team on data analysis and reporting. Responsible for overall review of accounts completion and generate reports or schedules to support the numbers.
● Providing accurate and timely financial information to management team (Consolidate and analyse monthly results, deliver presentations and provide recommendations)
● Review financial statements and analyse sales trends, costs, expenses and tax rates for all business units. Develop detailed spreadsheets to identify trends and develop forecasts
● Assist in System Enhancement or design of upcoming new BI system.
● Assist the financial controller in providing key business and financial guidance to the organization (Budget, target settings, forecasting etc.)
● Identify opportunities for process improvement and policy development and engages in the process
● Leading POS System management including planning, ordering, installation arrangement, menu setup, pricing or promotion button setting and reports generation from POS etc.
● Maintenance and report generation from Franchise Management System ("FMS") for KPI monitoring for franchise department.
● Work alongside with HR department on KPI table for operations team
● To assist on Ad-hoc projects by direct superior/ senior management on analysis report/ presentation slides 
Requirements :
-Degree in Economics, Statistics, Business Studies, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, Actuarial Science, Applied Statistic or equivalent
(i) At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position; or a combination of working experience in audit and commercial industry; (ii) Experience working with senior decision makers

• Strong communication/ interpersonal skills
• Advance analytical background, support operations through analysis of key performance indicators and trends
• Ability to implement strategies for gathering, reviewing and analysing data requirements
• Technical skills, negotiation skills and the ability to influence people
• Rapidly adapt to new technologies and possess expertise with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and broad range of statistical software
• Endurance to regulation
