- 1. Providing clients with information about new promotional opportunities and current PR campaigns progress
2. Monitor news stories, websites and restaurant review blogs
3. Assist with media campaigns, including media pitching and follow-up calls
4. Undertake various media and communications support activities such as taking the lead in compiling the range of e-newsletters, liaising with media spokespeople and participate in relevant meetings
