Description :: • To ensure all planning and execution of tasks meet Company’s short and long term objectives and all planning and implementation is according to Company Values.
• To attain the set target through planning and execution of action plan
• To promote and solicit for customers, in your own territory of responsibility, by providing WEC’s range of products.
• To feedback on vital information such as product acceptance, price, competitors and threat to the Company.
• To act as the contact point of discussion and links between Customers, Dealers and WEC.
• To provide technical and product training to all new and existing sales and service staff as and when required.
Requirements :: • Sales driven & possess good selling, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and able to perform under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Min. 3 years technical sales experience in related field.
• Good communication skills and knowledge in MS Office.
• Able to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin. Those who can converse in Chinese dialects will be added advantage.
• Possess own transport
