- -Prepare yearly and monthly sales forecast for existing and new product.
-Plan yearly marketing program for all direct channel of product supply.
-Execute the promotion plan accordingly.
-Ensure monthly and yearly sales target is achieve.
-Update and prepare sales and marketing material.
-Keeping up to date with market trend and competitor activity.
-Work closely with RND department for new potential SKU. eg product size, packaging and carry market survey.
-Being a point of contact to priority customers and resolving any issues that they have.
-Presenting business proposals to prospective clients.
-New account opening and managing the existing local key account
-Grow sales volume and ensure account’s profitability
-On site point of contact in managing customer relationship
-Responsible in handling sales plan being executed smoothly
-Resolve operation issues and problems encountered.
-Dealing with buyers, of sizeable retail chains
-Presenting business proposals to prospective clients
-Regular visit to direct retail outlets.
-To Perform any job assigned by superior from time to time - Requirements :
- -Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
-Required language(s): English
-At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
-Required Skill(s): Market Knowledge, Communication Skills
-Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent - Lowest Qualification :
