Description :: 1. Responsible for all marketing related task, liaising with agencies, production of in – house promotional materials and publications, preparing press releases /newsletter, organizing promotional activities.
2. Preparation of brand image, quarterly promotional staregy-inout finalization and input implementation plan.
3. Product & Brand sales analysis and follow up for strategy implementation.
4. Product & Brand research & survey.
5. Piloting the innovation and creating new indications and expanding market positioning.
6. Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilizing information for business improvement.
7. Internet based marketing.
8. Accountability for Product & Brand performance & working closely with sales team.
9. Execution of trade and promotional activities.
10. Providing market analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities.
11. To execute superior ad-hoc basis project and assignment given.
Requirements :: • Candidate must possess at least Degree in Marketing and Economic or any other related fields;
• Minimum three (3) years of working experience in FMCG marketing;
• Public relation and FMCG product management experience.
• Possess a strategic mind set with high level of integrity, ethics and results driven;
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent participatory management skills, effective team-builder with high accountability for his/her actions;
• Required skills: Microsoft Power Point, Words & Excel; any graphic design application software (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
• Required language: English, Chinese, Malays.
