Description :: • Conduct market research on potential businesses identified by the Sales Director.
• Search for distributors and customers, both online and offline.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities.
• Manage online and off-line sales and marketing promotions.
• Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Conduct both pre-sales and post-sales activities, such as preparing of sales contract, follow-up on sales activities.
• Liaise with the logistics team (both internal and external) to ensure timely shipment of cargo, courier of samples and documents.
• Prepare bank documents to submit to banks for export cargo.
• Manage customers (such as feed millers), agents and distributors in regional countries.
Requirements :: • University graduate or diploma with major in Science, Marketing, Communications or PR.
• More than 5 years working experience, preferably in sales and marketing activities.
• Experience in Business-to-Business sales is preferred.
• Effective communication skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese/Mandarin languages is a MUST, as email communications are mostly in English and Chinese/Mandarin
• Good at Microsoft Office, especially Office and Powerpoint.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to work in a very fast pace environment.
• Travelling to some regional countries is expected, roughly 1 to 2 times every quarter, to visit customers, exhibitions and seminars.
• Good remunerations including basic salary, allowance and bonus can be expected.
