Description :: • To responsible for delivering and supporting integrated enterprise technical solutions in manufacturing
• area such as Enterprise Resource Planning, Data Warehousing, Office Application, and intranet website, and to support IT operations.
• To work closely with all business area owner to analyse business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how they can be improved or automated in Office, Production, Manufacturing, Web etc.
• Managing process change & leading process redesign workshops
• Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
• Monitoring, measuring and providing feedback on process performance
• Facilitating process workshops that involve eliciting process requirements and liaising with users
• The Business Process Analyst will also take part in the entire software development life cycle
• Ensure project is completed on time and within the budgetary limits.
• To update data in SAP System and Office Application base on operation process requirement Any ad-hoc operation decision making based on operation requirement compliance to Corporate Directive
Requirements :: • Understand how ERP, BPM, CRM and BI tools operate.
• Strong interest in working with technology and programming.
• An understanding of protocols like Oracle PL/SQL, Java, XML and other key protocols is also desirable. Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer
Information Systems, Computer Science, Science and Technology Management, or Business Honors.
• 5 years of application or software development experience
• Experience with Oracle ERP system in manufacturing environment is a great
