Description :: - Coordinate with respective departments and suppliers in the purchasing duties.
- Assist in ISO annual performance review and evaluation supplier's performance.
- Create and maintain good relationships with vendors/suppliers.
- Responsible for overall purchasing department performance in meeting company goals and objective.
- Timely submission of matching PO/INV/DO to accounting for SST declaration and smooth the payment process.
- Liaise with relevant department to ensuring inventory levels are managed within target levels.
- To perform other related tasks as and when may be assigned by the division head from time to time
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in business administration/ economics or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 year of working experience
- Required language(s) : English , Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin.
