- Ensure overseas outstanding debts to be collect within stipulated terms.
- Problem solving skills & able to handle complaints
- Prepare Proforma invoice according to all enquiries.
- Coordinate and liaise with operation team regards production delivery lead time.
- Coordinate & monitoring with shipping team for all shipping document status and ensure document prepare on time.
- Preparing sales report, forecast and submission to management.
- To assist in carrying all marketing activities within budget, sales target & date-line
- Able to perform ad-hoc tasks
