MARKETING
1. To prepare yearly Advertising & Promotion (A&P) program and budget for approval and thereafter to monitor and manage the programs and budget diligently.
2. To plan, implement and monitor all events, exhibitions, road shows and launches.
3. To ensure that event checklist is completed, signed-off by HOD and filed as per ISO requirement at least 1 month before event date.
4. To submit a post event analysis within 7 days from date of event completion.
5. To ensure that all A&P activities are communicated clearly and in advance to internal and external stakeholders.
6. To ensure that all A&P materials are always in stock and good order. This includes all printed materials such as brochures, leaflets, display panels, etc.
7. To ensure that all Out Of Home Displays are in good condition, is readable and with valid licensing at all times. This includes billboards, directional signage's, buntings, banners, etc.
8. To monitor, maintain and update all digital platforms such as website, microsites, Facebook and any other social platforms for both corporate and property development.
9. To monitor, maintain and ensure that Sales Gallery and all its components are always in immaculate condition.
10. To assists in enhancing the GBG's brand value via partnerships, customer relationship management, corporate social responsibility and any other such moves that maybe beneficial to the company, the brand or its projects.

SALES
1. To manage, monitor and achieve yearly Sales Targets as determined by the management.
2. To source, secure and establish good working relationship with dynamic and reliable sales agents and marketing partners to increase sales and propel the GBG brand to greater heights.
3. To prepare and update sales kit, info pack and any other sales materials that may be required from time to time.
4. To vet, revise, amend, draft all contracts and agreements relevant and essential to sales procedures and processes including but not restricted to the Sale & Purchase Agreement, Deed of Mutual Covenant, Agents Appointment Letters, Sales Purchase Form and more.
5. To prepare price lists and a detailed rationale on recommendation for management’s approval.
6. To recommend pricing strategy and prepare proper documentation for all sales packages and obtain management’s approval before implementation.
7. To compile, analyse and report findings on a monthly basis from the Weekly Sales & Prospecting Reports collected from all sales personnel.
8. To prepare presentations or reports for all relevant Department and Management meetings or as and when required.
9. To ensure that market survey is conducted diligently on a regular basis and that all information is updated and filed for easy reference at all times.
10. Compile in-depth market research from time to time or as and when required by the management for the purpose of business development, forecast and analysis on potential sales, purchasing power, customer preferences, determine competitive practices, market trends and other relevant information that may be useful for product development, product positioning and sales & marketing strategies.

OTHERS
1. To observe and implement all relevant procedures and policies as required by the Quality Management System.
2. To ensure timely application and renewal of Developer License and Advertising Permit.
3. To ensure that Borang 7D, 7E and 7F as well as all other reports that may be required is submitted on time to KPKT or any other relevant governing bodies.
4. To conduct in-depth study of the property market every quarter
5. To plan and prepare for vacant possession including designing and sourcing for VP kits. 
Requirements :
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business or related field with at least 6 years of management level experience in sales and marketing in the property development industry.
2. Good knowledge in the property or real estate industry.
3. Thorough knowledge of rules, regulations and guidelines of the industry in all aspects relevant to this position.
4. Professional strategic marketing skills and capable of performing market research to facilitate the feasibility studies of projects.
5. Excellent interpersonal, negotiating, sales, marketing and business writing skills.
6. A strong leader yet able to motivate, guide and drive the team.
7. Basic knowledge in accounting.
8. Time, cost, quality and safety conscious.
