Description :: - Create a unique selling point, art work presentation, finalizing sales kit and develop strategic marketing plan including sales brochure, banner, bunting, internet website and news publication.
- Prepare whole year event and budget analysis for marketing purposes.
- Monitor sales & marketing and credit control performance, authority/ statutory compliance.
- Heading customer service, liaison with panel solicitors, end financers, media and contractors.
- Drafting and checking of various related sale & agreements/ documents.
- Charting sales & marketing long-term and short-term plan of action.
- Charting training and development of sales & marketing team, various duty rosters and office operation plans.
- Ensure sales gallery and all marketing communication channels are presentable and updated.
- Constant survey and development of new products, competitors’ sales launches, market sentiment and statutory requirements.
- To Strategize, plan and implement pre-launching, sales launches, advertisements and promotion activities including sending SMS, email blasting and courtesy call to potential/previous purchaser
- Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Superior.
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Property Development industry with proven track record.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin
- Ability to adapt quickly to new trends and new markets.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
