Description :: • Handle all days operations;
• Oversee both Sales Administrative and Credit Administrative Department workflow;
• Prepare report to Higher Management;
• Able to use developer system;
• Generating Invoices, Receipts, Credit Notes, Debit Notes, Reminders;
• Mail-merge Letters * Knowledge on Microsoft Words; Excel and Google Sheets;
• Replying to all calls and emails enquiries;
• Preparing Quarter Napic & KPKT submission to Government Section;
• Dealing with End-Financier and Solicitor;
• Giving out instructions on preparation of Sale & Purchase Agreement and other legal document (related);
• Any other ad-hoc duties from higher management.
Requirements :: - Fresh graduate or school leaver are welcome
- Candidate possess at least Higher Secondary/ STPM/” \A”Level/ Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
- At least two (2) years working experience in the related field preferred.
- Pleasant personality, good command on written and oral communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
- Meticulous, systematic and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Computer literate, familiar with MS Excel, MS Word and property system.
- A team player with excellent proven problem-solving abilities and customer services skills, committed and able to work in fast paced environment.
Lowest Qualification :: STPM / A Level / College Foundation
