Description :: - Handling sales & purchase agreements, sub sales & other sales administrative duties
- Generate progress billings, reminders and interest statements to purchasers or end-financiers within a stipulated timeframe
- Liaising with solicitors and bankers in relations to the legal documentation.
- Any other duties that may be given by superior from time to time
- To ensure all collection to be promptly updated, deposited and accounted for on timely manner
- Maintaining an up-to-date aging report and reconciliation report for receivables balances
- Continually monitor & review current practices and procedure including credit control system processes and where necessary make recommendation in respect of enhancements
- Knowledge of conveyance matters, handling and coordination of vacant
Requirements :: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Sales Marketing/Administration - Well versed in Microsoft Office and preferably with knowledge in using IFCA Developer system is a fully integrated business solution designed specifically for property companies.
